| 5 nos | Button mushrooms |
| 2½ cup | Basmati rice cooked |
| 1 no | Onion |
| 2 nos | Spring onions |
| ¼ cup | Light soyasauce |
| ½ cup | Green chilli sauce |
| ¼ tsp | Ginger |
| ¼ tsp | Garlic |
| 2 pinch | Msg( ajinamoto) |
| ¼ tsp | White pepper powder |
| 4 tsp | Oil |
| Salt as per taste |
Instructions
Clean the mushrooms with humid towel r paper towel, never wash them in water. Cut the onions lengthwise, cut the ginger n garlic pieces lengthwise r into small pieces..cut the mushrooms into small pieces too r else as u wish..i prefer small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan..add the onions n the spring onions to the oil n stir them until they turns transculent, at this stage add the garlic n ginger pieces n stir everything for 2 minutes…now add the pieces of mushrooms..stir it well, they will change slightly their colour now add soyasauce, chilli sauce, ajinamoto..stir them well, mushrooms may leave water(its depends upon the mushrooms, it wasnt must)if so let them cook for few minutes, add cooked rice to the mushroom pieces, sprinkle salt n white pepper powder n mix them well..put off the stove r keep it in simmer n stir well the rice..
Mushroom Fried rice is ready to serve..chicken 65 r any other chicken gravies will be a very nice combo for this fried rice…else ketchup will suit very well..
