Chilly Chicken

Description

A very simple yet delicious recipe.
Ingredients
1 kg Chicken (1/2 kg approx, cut into small pieces)
1 cnt Capsicum(cubed)
2 cnt Onion (finely chopped)
8 clove Garlic (finely minced)
3 cnt Green chili (finely chopped)
2 cnt Eggs
1 tsp Soya sauce
2 tsp Vinegar
1 tsp Ajinomoto (optional)
Salt according to taste
ml Oil for deep frying
2 tsp Pepper powder
2 tbsp Corn flour / starch

Instructions

First in a bowl add chicken,eggs,corn starch,pepper powder, salt,chilli sauce.soya sauce and marinate for an hour or so.

Heat oil in a wok, and deep fry the marinated chicken untill golden brown.

In a pan add some oil, add finely chopped garlic, fry for a min add green chillies,onions fry till golden brown.and vinegar,salt, ajinomoto and a spoon of soya sauce and 2 spoons of chilli sauce and 2 spoons of corn starch and stir for 3 to 4 min, until it forms a thick gravy.

Then add the fried chicken pieces in it and mix well.At the end add the capsicum.

Serve hot with schezwan sauce.

Notes

Goes very well with chinese fried rice.
