| 500 g | Macaroni/pasta |
| 200 g | Minced meat |
| 2 | Onion ( chopped) |
| 2 | Tomato (chopped) |
| 1 tsp | Ginger & garlic paste |
| 1 tsp | R.chilli powder |
| ½ tsp | Tumeric powder |
| 1 T | Curd |
| 2 | G.chilli |
| 2 stks | Coriander leaves (finely chopped) |
| 2 stks | Mint leaves (chopped for garnishing) |
| 1 tsp | Lemon juice |
| 1 tsp | Gram masala |
| Salt (as per taste) | |
| Oil (for sauteing) |
Instructions
Wash the meat and keep aside. Place a cooker on the stove , put oil in it and fry the onions in it till slightly brown.
Add g.garlic paste,red chilli powder,turmeric, fry for sometime till the raw smell goes.
Now add the tomates,curd, g.chillies,garam masala powder. fry for some more time on low heat. now put the minced meat and stir for some time.
Finally add the macaroni ,chopped mint,coriander, and lime juice.
Add water till half the cooker.
Notes
Ghee is optional . either small pieces of mutton or boneless chicken can also be replaced.
