2 cup | Egg, beaten |
1 tsp | Oil for dough |
Instructions
Cut the vegetables into small pieces…keep a kadai in a stove..add oil..add chopped onion in heated oil and stir it well with fennelseed powder till it becomes brownish n translucent..now add the pieces of vegetables..meanwhile put the mutton pieces with 1spoon of turmeric n salt put everything in pressurecooker and leave it for 3 whistles…fry the veggies with onion and add garam masala, chillipowder, cumin seed powder..now add the boiled mutton with the veggies..stir them well…add some water and salt..stir it well until the water disappear n becomes as veggie n mutton masala.
Mix the maida with oil, water n salt. Now make it a soft n firm dough..let it rest for 15 mints..make it as small chappathis..now keep the veggie n mutton mix in the corner of chappathi n roll it as rolls…dip the rolls in beaten eggs n roll again in bread crumbs..keep these rolls for one hour in refrigerator…fry the rolls as deep frying…eat with ketchup else with red chilli sauce..

Woooo u made the outer cover with dough… Tats really HARD…. we make wheat flour thosai & make rolls usually. I have given with frozen sheets as its easy… Your roll cover looks so thin…. WELL DONE 🙂 🙂 🙂
