Punjabi chicken gravy

Description

  • Easy to cookand spicy too.
  • Can be had with ghee rice,chappati,dosai and idli
Ingredients-1
1 kg Chicken
1 cup Water
2 nos Onion
1 no G.chilli
1 tbsp Chilli powder
1 tbsp G.g.paste
1 cup Mint
1 tsp Salt (just for the vegies)
Ingredients-2
1 cup Coconut grated
1 tbsp Poppy seeds
Ingredients-3
1 cup Coconut milk
1 no Tomatoes
Ingredients-4
1 cup Oil
1 tsp Anniseeds
1 no Cardamon
1 inch Cinnamon
2 no Cloves
3 strands Curry leaves (finely chopped)

Instructions

1.Grind coconut and poppy seeds and keep aside.

2.Above mentioned ing. in group '1' should be pressure cooked.

3.Add ground coconut paste,coconut milk,diced tomoto and temper with group'4' ing. in 1/4 cup of oil and bring to boil.

4.When it starts to boil sim the flame and let it for 10 minutes.

5.Garnish and serve.
