| 2 nos | Chicken (drumstick) |
| 1 cup | All purpose flour |
| 2 T | Corn flour |
| 1 T | Bread crumbs |
| 1 tsp | Chilly powder (as per individual’s preference) |
| 1 T | Ginger garlic paste |
| 1 no | Eggs (slightly beaten) |
| 1 cup | Cilantro(finely chopped) |
| 5 nos | Curry leaves |
| 1 tsp | Corriander powder |
| Salt (as per taste) |
Instructions
Take a bowl of warm water and add salt , chilly powder/paprika, corriander powder and ginger garlic paste and put the chicken drumstick and marinate it for about two to three hours .
After 3 hours take the chicken from the water and wipe it with a paper napkin , Now take a beaten eggs and add salt and chopped cilantro and curryleaves and chilly powder or paprika and keep that aside then take allpurpose flour add little corn flour and bread crumbs(dont add too much of bread crumbs bcos it will ruin the colour of ur chicken) take the chicken and dip it with the beaten egg mixture(egg mixture =beaten egg/cilanto/curryleave/chilly powder /salt) and then immediately put it in the flour(all purpose,corn four , bread crumbs and salt) just coat the chicken with flour and fry the chicken using frier in 325degree for about 15 minutes if u dont have frier you can fry it in a pan or kadai/wok .
Notes
Always fry the chicken in a medium heat then only u will get
