Description
This is simple and very delicious.

| 2 slice | Fish (sear) |
| 1 T | Corn flour |
| 1 tsp | Ginger & garlic paste |
| 2 drop | Lemon juice or vinegar |
| 1 tsp | Red chili powder |
| 1 tsp | Salt |
| 1 tsp | Pepper powder |
| 3 T | Oil |
Instructions
In a bowl mix together all the ingredients and apply over the fish.
Marinate for 1 or 2 hours. In a pan add some oil, and shallow fry the fishes.
Goes well with Rice and Dal.
Notes
Once the fish is cleaned , apply vinegar and salt and leave it for 1 hour, and after an hour wash the fish again and then apply the masala.
By doing this you can get rid of the raw smell, and also tastes good.
