Well, starting a day in this lousy day light savings time with chores pressurising from every corner of the house means a challenging job for any women. Every one of us, need some kind of motivational start, an enchanted self to kindle our energy. Finding things which brings pleasure and meaning to our lives could be one such gateway for tackling any boring task. Give it a new start, rediscover lost potential, think positve, reboost self-esteem and pursue happiness by all means. Individual perspective varies with psychology, so, choose the one which does the magic for you. Music has always been a great stress reliever for me and combined with any activity, kick starts my day. In my reality kitchen, a recipe for passion is always simmered with music, turning my ordinary stressful day to a happy working day.
