| 1 tsp | Garam masala powder |
| 1 tsp | Red chili powder |
| 1 tsp | Lemon juice or vinegar |
| 1 tsp | Corriander powder |
| 2 T | Corn flour (optional) |
| 1 tsp | Curry powder |
| 1 no | Bay leaf |
| 1 no | Star anise |
| 1 nos | Cinnamon stick |
| 2 no | Green chili (slit open) |
| 1 cup | Tomato puree |
| 1 stks | Curry leaves |
| 1 cup | Cilantro(finely chopped) |
| 1 no | Cardamom |
| 1 tsp | Ginger & garlic paste |
| 2 T | Oil |
| Salt (as per taste) |
Instructions
Take a bowl put chicken and add corn flour (optional) garam masala , corriander powder , red chilly powder , Ginger garlic paste, curry powder , salt, lemon juice or vinegar , turmeric powder and marinate the chicken mixture for half an hour .
Then heat a pan or wok and pour oil and add bay leaves , cinnamon, cardamom, green chillies fry for a minute then add tomato puree and let it cook for 1 minute now add chicken and keep the stove in low- medium heat cover it with the lid .(do not add water because the tomato puree and chicken will release some water )
If the chicken is cooked then increase the heat to high and cook for another 1 minute now turn off the stove and garnish it with curry leaves and chopped cilantro .

Good Aruna , This type of chicken dish without onions , Its always better to try something new each time and explore the best taste that suits you. After becoming a member of this web site, i have tried almost all Chicken curries, I will try this and let you know.
