Description
Bottlegourd (vegetable, the link would help) sauted in ghee and mixed with khoa, sugar and condiments

| 3 cup | Grated bottlegourd |
| 1 cup | Sweetened khoa |
| .33 cup | Sugar(1/3 cup) |
| 6 tsp | Ghee |
| ½ tsp | Cardamom crushed |
| 9 drop | Green food colour |
| Choice of nuts |
Instructions
Saute the grated bottlegourd in a pan adding ghee. Crumble khoa so that there is no lumps. Once the veggie becomes tender and loses all its water add the cumbled khoa. Then add sugar, crushed cardamom and food colour. Keep stirring it over low flame until the mixture leaves the edges and looks sticking together. Garnish it with choice of nuts.
