| 1 cup | Chicken (minced) |
| ½ no | Onion (finely chopped) |
| 1 tsp | Ginger garlic (minced) |
| 1 no | Egg |
| 1 tsp | Red chilli powder |
| ¼ cup | Gram flour |
| 2 tbsp | Maida |
| 2 tbsp | Rice flour |
| 6 nos | Curry leaves (finely minced) |
| 3 stks | Coriander leaves (finely chopped) |
| ½ tsp | Salt (or to taste) |
| 3 cup | Oil (for deep frying) |
Notes
Maida Known as plain flour, you can also use All purpose flour.
Minced Chicken Can be bought minced from any supermarkets. Or use regular boneless chicken breast and pound placing them in between 2 plastic wraps. Then chop them with a sharp knife.
Make this bajji paste ahead of time and refrigerate. Deep fry just before serving. Serve them hot if you wish to have them crispy.
Do not reheat in microwave.
