Description
Here is a recipe of vadai which is a snack made out of urad dal and channa dal. This vadai comes as soft as urad dal vadai and as crispy as channa dal vadai.
Ingredients | |

1 cup | Urad dhal(ooluntham paruppu) |
1 cup | Channa dhal(kadalai paruppu) |
1 inch | Ginger |
2 no | Green chilli (finely chopped) |
1 slice | Big size onion finely chopped |
1 stks | Corrainder leaves (finely chopped) |
Salt (as per taste) | |
1 tsp | Hing |

Hi sadhana, done making with ur vada…romba romba romba nalla irukku….as u said it doesn’t absorb oil & i got soft and crispy vadais…especially i liked it very much…thanks will make again.
