Dosa – Take regular idli dosa batter and, add a little water to keep the batter little thin (not to thin) and mix well. Heat dosa pan and spread it around. Drizzle ghee generously or spread some butter. When the bottom side cook and brown almost golden, cut it at a radius and roll to form a cone. Remember for this type you cook only one side of the dosa and then roll it
Hotel Style Tiffin Sambar – This sambar definitely needs small onions and little jaggery and dry coconut to make the magic.
Coconut Chutney – Grind Fresh coconut, small green chillies , ginger and roasted gram with salt.
