| 1 no | Flour tortilla |
| 1 no | Chicken breast |
| 2 nos | Large lettuce leaves |
| 1 no | Green bell pepper/ capsicum |
| 1 no | Red bell pepper |
| 1 no | Red onion |
| 2 tsp | Crushed black peppercorns |
| ½ tsp | Salt |
| 1 tsp | Lemon juice |
| 4 tsp | Olive oil |
Instructions

Wash and cut chicken breast into thin strips and marinate with little oil, salt, lemon juice and crushed black pepper. Cut onions, green and red bell peppers lengthwise and slightly toss them with oil, salt and pepper. Use a regular grill or table top to grill the vegies and meat. Do them in batches and keep aside. Slightly warm the tortilla and spread the grilled chicken and vegetables and roll. Serve with hot sauce.

Notes
Tortillas can be warmed in conventional oven by keeping them for 10 minutes covered in aluminium foil.
If using a microwave cover them with a kitchen towel and warm for 10 seconds.
