Wonton Wrapped Shrimps

Description

Delicious Appetizer, real feast for shrimp lovers..quite a yummy crispy appetizer prefect for any parties etc…easy to prepare too..its such a worthy crispy appetizer, am damn sure that these shrimps will be a big hit among kids…
Ingredients
20 nos Shrimps
½ tsp Red chilly powder
½ tsp Dark soya sauce
¼ tsp Pepper powder
Salt
Oil for deepfrying
20 nos Wonton wraps

Instructions

 Wash thoroughly the shrimps with tails intact, marinated them with red chilly powder, soya sauce, pepper powder, salt..keep everything atleast for 3 hours in fridge..

 

Roll the wonton wraps over each marinated shrimps n tie them with garlic chives r with green spring onions.. heat the oil for deepfrying n fry them in small batches..

Serve hot with any sauces!!!

    Wonton wraps are like our samosa sheets, u can find them at chinese stores..they made their dumplings with wonton wraps to prepare their soups..dishes prepared with wonton wraps can be fried either steam cooked r can be cooked in hot water…Hope this helps!!
