venthaya keerai parantha

Description

Venthaya keerai can turn a bit bitter sometimes on cooking. try this variation hope u like it…..

Ingredients
2 cup Wheat flour
1 bunch Venthaya keerai (methi)
1 pinch Haldi
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp Garam masala
2 T Tomato ketchup
1 cup Besan flour
Salt (as per taste)
Oil for frying

Instructions

Wash keerai leaves well and chop. Take chopped keerai in a bowl and add wheat flour, red chilli powder, besan flour, salt, haldi, garam masala, ketchup, and mix well. add little water and make a dough.

 

 

 

Take small portions of the dough and roll out rotis.

 

 

 

Heat tawa and cook the roti on both sides with oil till gloden brown in colour.

 

 

 

 

Notes

Serve hot with pickles, or yoghurt. Also can serve with Carrot Raita
