Vengaya Chutney

Description

This is a very tasty chutney which can be had with Idly, Dosai, and Pongal. Very easy to make.Hope u will enjoy this recipe.
Ingredients-1
3 nos Medium size onion (cut into big dices)
2 T Channa dhal
6 nos Red chili
MarbleSz Tamarind ( marble size)
Salt to taste
Ingredients-2
1 tsp Mustard
1 tsp Urad dal
6 nos Curry leaves
3 T Gingelly oil

Instructions

Heat pan add 1 table spoon of oil and saute all the contents in Table:1 untill golden brown .Now grind them finely. heat a pan add all the contents in Table 2 , once when mustard splutters pour the ground content in the pan , mix well and turn off the stove.

Chutney is ready to be served now.
