healthy breakfast protein rich and tastylooks like egg omelette
Ingredients
1 cup Kadalai parupu
1 cup Pasi paruppu
1 cnt Onion medium ( chopped finely)
5 nos Green chili (finely chopped)
pinch Turmeric powder
100 g Paneer (crumbled)
Salt (as per taste
bunch Coriander (finely chopped)
3 tsp Pepper powder
no Tomato chopped

Instructions

soak the 2 dhals in enough water for 2 hours.then grind it with salt to a coarse consistancy.take it in avessel.add all the other ingredients and mix well.heat a tawa and keep in medium heat.grease the tawa with some oil and pour the batter to a medium size circle and flatten evenly to look like an omelette.sprinkle 1 teaspoon of oil over it when cooked turn on the other and cook.this must be soft and not crispy.take it offf and enjoy with coriander chutney.to make chutney fry 1 teaspoon of mustsrd,urad dhall,half teaspoon of venthiam,4 red chillies a pinch of asafoetida and smalllime size tamarind.cool and grind it with 1 medium bunch of coriander leaves.

this is full of protein cause there is no rice in this.very good for diabetic patients
