Description

a traditional side dish and goes well with sambar rice,rasam sadam cerd rice.
Ingredients
6 nos Boiled potato (peel & cubed)
2 tbsp Red chill powder
pinch Turmeric powder
2 tbsp Tamarid paste
Salt (as per taste
Oil ( as per need)

Instructions

peel potatoes,the potatoes must in medium sizeand cut them into half lenghwise.mix all the ingredients in a kadai keep it for 1 hour.then place it on stove and fry in low fire till the potatoes turn to dark brown colour.be careful not to get burnt.

whenever mom makes sambar,she used to make this and we love it.this goes well withsoup rice,kootu and rice,my mom is no more,yet whenever i make this i remember of my mom and the love she had for us.sure everybody will like this.
