Tomato chutney

Description

Can be had with dosai,idly and chappati.
Ingredients
1 kg Tomatoes
6 nos R.chillies
10 clove Garlic (crushed)
1 cup Baby onions
1 MarbleSz Tamarind
½ tsp Salt (or to taste)
1 bunch Coriander leaves
1 cup Oil
1 Tur dal
1 Urd dal
1 Asafoetida

Instructions

1.Fry r.chillies garlic,onions for 2 min.

2.Add tomatoes and fry till done.

3.When warm enough grind adding curry leaves,coriander leaves,salt and tamarind.

4.Add the remaining oil temper with broken urd dal,tur dal,asafoetida and pour the ground tomato puree and fry till you get a chutney aroma.
