Ingredients-1 | |

1 cup | Coconut grated |
2 nos | Tomato (diced) |
1 tsp | Turmeric powder |
2 stks | Curry leaves |
1 T | Vinegar |

2 nos | Big onion sliced lengthwise |
3 nos | Green chili (slit open) |
4 nos | Garlic (cut thin strips) |

2 T | Refined oil |
1 tsp | Mustard seed |

1 can | Tinned tuna solid pack in oil |
Instructions
Heat oil splutter mustard. Add sliced onion, green chillies, garlic and saute till tender. Now add coconut, tomatoes, turmetic powder, vinegar and curry leaves cook on medium fire for 5 minutes adding 1/4 cup water. When water evaporates add tinned tuna. Do not stain the oil from tuna just add along with oil. Add salt as required.
Smash tuna so that coconut and tuna cannot be seen seperately. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. This should not be too dry.
Serve with Chapatti / Rice / Sandwich for bread. Its great!!!!!

Good recipe…I make tuna sambol without coconut & viniger. I must try this… I usually strain oil so i must add more oil i think….Let me try…Come up with more easy recipes…
