Scrambled egg masala, very famous in Andhra, i learned this from my aunty who is residing there, easy to prepare, tasty, spicy as well as a real side dish for rice dishes… can replace the usual omelettes with this egg masala…

Bittermelon & Egg curry/Fry
its a nutirious rich and heavy breakfast specialfor kids
Boil and peel the egg covering and keep aside,take long sliced onion fry in little oil till it becomes light brown. Add tomatoes ad bit salt fry along till oil comes out add turmeric and chilly powder, add ginger grlic paste and fry. Bdd one cup water and allow to boil add eggs which are cut length wise into half, boil till it becomes thick, add half cup of cocunut milk, boil for 2-3 minutes, garnish with coriander leaves, eat with chapathi,idli, fried rice dosai

Spicy bread toast.. we usually do bread toast with sugar, egg n milk..here i did in spicy version of bread toast, i used coconut milk instead of milk n its tastes awesome…can be a very good dinner with a simple salad as well as a good evening snacks..very healthy..
It is very simple and a good appetizer.
