Description
Ingredients:
Surakkai pieces -1 cup
chopped onion-1/4 cup
karuveppilai
pottukadalai powder -1 tablespoon
Method:
Sputter kadugu and seeragam in oil
Add karuvepilai,chopped onion.fry it
Add surakkai pieces to it and cook it with salt
Before turn off the flame add pottukadalai powder to it.
Usually we use chick pea powder instead of pottukadali. But this gives a different taste….
