Sprout paneer sandwich

Description

Sprouts are a powerhouse of nutrients and cottage cheese or panner is very imporatnt for your daily dose of calcium. Combine both and u can have a wholesome and filling breakfast……
Ingredients
1 cup Mixed sprouts
½ cup Cottage cheese (paneer)
½ tsp Red chilli powder
½ tsp Pav bhaji masala
Salt ( as per taste)
1 stks Dhaniya
2 tsp Oil ( as per need)
1 tsp Jeera
1 Tomato (chopped)

Instructions

Take little oil in a pan, add jeera, after it splutters, add tomato and saute. Add salt, spices, sprouts, little water and saute. Sprouts should be semi cooked little crunchy. Add paneer and mix well. Remove from fire and garnish with dhaniya.

Take 2 slices of bread and spread this mixture on one slice. Cover with second slice and make sandwiches in electric toaster.

Serve hot with ketchup.
