Ingredients | |

1 cup | Mixed sprouts |
½ cup | Cottage cheese (paneer) |
½ tsp | Red chilli powder |
½ tsp | Pav bhaji masala |
Salt ( as per taste) | |
1 stks | Dhaniya |
2 tsp | Oil ( as per need) |
1 tsp | Jeera |
1 | Tomato (chopped) |
Instructions
Take little oil in a pan, add jeera, after it splutters, add tomato and saute. Add salt, spices, sprouts, little water and saute. Sprouts should be semi cooked little crunchy. Add paneer and mix well. Remove from fire and garnish with dhaniya.
Take 2 slices of bread and spread this mixture on one slice. Cover with second slice and make sandwiches in electric toaster.
Serve hot with ketchup.
