| 1 no | Onion |
| 2 no | Green chilli |
| ¼ tsp | Pepper powder |
| ¼ cup | Coconut milk |
| 2 stks | Cilantro leaves |
| 3 nos | Curry leaves |
| Oil for toasting | |
| Salt as per taste | |
| 2 nos | Eggs |
Instructions
Beat both egg n coconut milk with salt n pepper powder for a while..meanwhile cut the onion into small pieces as well as the green chillies, can add onion n green chillies pieces directly to the beatened eggs r heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan n stir fry the onion n green chillies pieces n add them to the beatened eggs (its depends on ur wish) n beat once again the egg mixture so that onion n green chillies pieces may get well mixed…chop finely the cilantro n curry leaves n add them to the egg mixture..
Now dump the breadslices into the egg mixture, heat oil in a pan, once the oil is hot put the bread slices n toast them on both sides until they turn brownish n crispy..
Tasty, Spicy n Crispy Bread toast r ready to serve..serve hot!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Priyasudha, Can you suggest something for mixing the ingredient other than egg. Like can I use cream or yogurt or coconut milk with corn flour or corn starch or sooji (upma rava).
