Senaikizhangu fry

Easy to make yam fry

Ingredients
1 kg Senaikizhangu/yam
1 tsp Red chili powder
2 T Oil
Salt

Instructions

Cut the Vegetable into very small cubes as shown in the picture. Wash the vegetable and drain water completely. In Kadai, Add the oil. when the oil is hot add the cut vegetable. Add chillie powder and salt and fry. Care should to be taken as the vegetable tends to stick to the bottom of the pan. keep frying till the vegetable is cooked and becomes crispy. it should take about 10-15 mins.Serve it with Sambar rice or curd rice

Notes

Increase or decrease chilli powder and salt according to your taste
