this is spicy dish easy and less time taking dish
Ingredients | |

2 tsp | Oil for frying |
2 tsp | Garam masala dhania powder |
2 tsp | Turmeric and chilly powder |
4 nos | Pattai garambu |
2 inch | Ginger |
4 nos | Garlic (crushed) |
cup | Coconut scarbed |
500 g | Yum |
Instructions
boil lengthwise cut (rectangular shape) yum along with salt and turmeric for 5 minutes
take oil and fry the yum pieces lightly
grind the paste of coconut,ginger garlic pattai garambu nicely with water and add to yum
add garam masala,coriander powder and chilli powder
cook till the raw smell goes
fry till it dry
garnish it with coriander leaves
Notes
if u dont want it to b spicy can use directly after deep frying yum without add any grinded paste
