| 10 cnt | Fish |
| 2 T | Vathakuzhampu powder |
| 2 tbsp | Chilli powder |
| 12 clove | Garlic minced |
| 2 no | Lemon juiced |
| Salt to taste |
Instructions
Clean the fish and rub turmeric powder and wash it again. Apply all the powders, garlic and the lemon juice and let it marinate for an hour.
Take a pan and fry them golden brown. Serve it with White rice, Rasam and sambar.
