Ragi Pakoda

Description

Ragi pakodaGenerally pakodas are made with besan flour but i used ragi flour in this recipe. Pakodas are usually served as snacks  and it is perfect when teamed with hot cup of tea.

Ingredients
1 cup Ragi flour
½ Onion
2 no Green chilli
1 T Finely chopped ginger garlic
Oil for frying
½ cup Coriander and curry leaves (chopped)
Salt to taste

Instructions

Cut the onions, green chillis very thin. Add all ingredients  to the ragi flour with some drops of oil and little amount of  water to make thick batter. Heat the oil in thick pan  when the oil is in medium heat take small amount of batter in hand & drop small balls of it. Deep fry the mixture in medium heat till dark brown.Drain it  .Serve with chutney or ketchup.
