1 cup | Radish pieces |
1 no | Onion chopped |
1 no | Tomato chopped |
2 no | Green chillies (can decrease as u wish) |
2 nos | Red chillies |
1 tsp | Ginger pieces |
1 tsp | Garlic pods |
¼ tsp | Mustard seeds |
¼ tsp | Urad dal |
5 nos | Curry leaves |
Salt as per taste | |
3 tsp | Oil |
Instructions
Heat 1 tsp of oil, add green chillies, red chillies, ginger pieces, garlic pods to the oil n stir them continously until they turns brownish..now add the chopped onions followed by chopped tomatoes..cook them well until they r well smashed, now add the radish pieces to the onion n tomato mix..cook everything well with the lid closed..stir them occasionally…keep aside n let them cool…grind the cooked vegetables with salt n with half cup of water in a food processor coarsely…heat oil in a pan n add the mustard seeds n urad dal with curry leaves, let them splutters…add the coarsely grounded mix n stir them continously for a while..put off the stove n serve as side with Idlies, dosais as well as with chappathis..This chutney will ressembles like thuvaiyal..

super chutney….chappathi and dosai side dish but rice oda little gingerlly oil mix panni indha chutney oda sapta nalla irrukum….nice priya..u made me remmember my mom…she used to prepare….like this….
