Potato Egg Fried Rice

Description

In a pan pour some oil, add 2 egg's in it, with some salt, stir, and scramble the egg.when done, transfer to a plate.

In a pan, add some oil, add sliced potatoes preferably small pieces, not very thin, nor thick medium piece's would do.

Fry till its gets 3/4th cooked in the oil.

Reduce the flame . Add 2 tsp's of chilly powder, salt, and little pepper powder, stir well, until the potatoes get coated with the powders.

Don't let it turn black, make sure the colour remains red.

Then add the bowl of cooked rice ( which is of room temperature) stir well.

At the end add scrambled egg in it.Mix well Serve Hot.

Ingredients
2 cup Rice cooked
2 tsp Chilly powder (as per individual’s preference)
1 tsp Pepper powder
2 cnt Egg
1 tsp Salt
3 T Oil

    Looks like a easy recipe..Do we need to boil the potato first or just add the sliced potato.

      Not Required, raw sliced potato can be added.

    I luv potato – egg fried rice… The only difference is mom adds eggs to the potato directly once potatoes fried…. After, coming here i forgot many easy & tasty recipes like this.. gonna try this today no matter what….
