Description
This is a spicy dish that goes well as a starter and also as a side dish.

1 kg | Chicken [ cut into small pieces ] |
2 tsp | Lemon juice |
1 tsp | Salt |

3 T | Pepper corns |
2 nos | Cinnamon stick |
4 no | Cardamom |
2 no | Bayleaf |
1 tsp | Corrainder seeds |
1 no | Ginger [ small piece ] |
3 no | Garlic |
3 no | Cloves |

Corrainder leaves (chopped for garnishing) | |

Instructions
1. marinade the chicken with all the ing in table-1 for 1-2 hrs.
2.dry roast all the ing in table-2 , let it cool and grind them into a coarse powder.
3.heat oil in a pan , add onions and saute till they are transparent. Now add the green chillies ,chicken and saute for another 2mins. Add the ground masala powderand salt to chicken and mix. cover and let it cook for 20 mins , till the chicken is tender .
4. Garnish with corriander leaves .
Notes
1. Pepper masala powder can be prepared and stored .
2. While adding masala , do not add all , add according to your taste. [ approx 3-4 tsp for 1/2kg chicken].
