PEANUT CHIKKI

Ingredients
450 g Peanuts
Water (approx)
2 tsp Oil
220 g Jaggry
5 Cardamom powder

Instructions

Rost the peanut and remove the skin ,crush them into big pieces .make jaggerysyrup by water the syrup want to reach hard ball stage  then switch off the stove and add nuts and cardamom and mix well  then change to greased plate ,after it   became cool cut it into different shape and enjoy it

Notes

for  knowing jaggery srup  stage take some of syrup and in a glassof water we can find
