hi anitha
U can replace pav bhaji masala by the following
1 tbsp Corriander pdr
1 tsp Kasturi methi
1/2 tsp fennel pdr
1/2 tsp red chilli pdr
1/2 tsp dried mango pdr
*Red chilli pdr can be increased depending on ur spice level
