Ingredients | |
---|---|
Pasta[as shown in the picture] | |
1 no | Medium sized onion[chopped finely] |
1 no | Green chilly[chopped finely,optional] |
1 T | Pizza cheese[optional] |
Salt as per taste | |
Olive oil[as per need] | |
1 tsp | Chilly powder[as per individuals preference] |
3 T | Tomato sauce[as per need ] |
4 clove | Big sized garlic[grated] |
2 T | Oregano leaves |
Instructions
1.Cook the pasta in boiling water with one spoon of oil. Fish the pasta from the water once when pasta is soft and cooked.
2.Keep the cooked Pasta aside
3.Take a pan heat olive oil then add garlic and green chilly, and then add onion and saute well till translucent.
4.Now add the cooked pasta and mix well with chilly powder and salt , then add tomato sauce and oregano leaves and mix well till it blends well with the pasta.
Add Pizza Cheese at this stage.[optional]
Yummy Pasta is ready to be served.
Notes
1.Oil is added to the boiling water when cooking pasta just to avoid stickiness.
2.Pasta should be fished from boiling water and not to be drained.Draining method will make pasta more sticky.
3.Gralic can be crushed or chopped, but i personally feel that grating garlic would give a nice flavour.
4.Adding green chilly and pizza cheese is optional.
5.Tomatoes can be used in place of tomato sauce in order to reduce the usage of tomato sauce.

Sadhana,
Nice Pasta. I always drain the pasta using colander and then run some cold water in the pasta. This is draining right? Can you tell me what does fishing the pasta mean? Thanks.
HI Abi Thanx….Fishing is the way of taking of the cooked pasta from the boiling water using colander.
