Onion Uttapam

Description

Onion UttapamUttapam topped with onions,corinader leaves and idli podi.
Ingredients
Oil (for dosai)
Dosai batter(look idli batter recipe)
Idli milagai podi
Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
1 no Onion (finely chopped)

Instructions

1.Heat the tava and pour the batter and spread it into a circle.

2.Put the chopped onions,coriander leaves and idli podi.

3.Press the onions with laddle and pour oil/ghee around the dosai and little on top.

4.Now flip the dosa ,when it has turned brown.

5.Press again on low medium,so that the onions turn color.

6.pour some oil.

Serve Hot with chutney,sambhar or podi.
