| 15 nos | Dry red chillies |
| 1 Lemon Sz | Raw tamarind |
| 2 tsp | Mustard seeds |
| 1 tsp | Turmeric powder |
| 4 T | Oil |
| 1 tsp | Salt |
Instructions
Peel & Cube the Onions.
Grind them with dry red chillies & tamarind.
Add as little water as possible.
Heat a pan with oil,season with mustard & tumeric & salt.
Add the ground paste.Stir frequently till oil floats on top.
