Description

nkspicy gravy especially acts as side dish for chapati nan parotha
Ingredients
3 nos Bay leaf
50 g Cashewnuts
2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
cup Fresh cream
no Carrot
no Radish
100 g Bean (finely chopped)
2 no Potatoes
no Cauliflower ( florets )

Instructions

heat oil till smoking add garlic ginger paste,bayleaf

add cashew nut  (soak and grind it to paste)

saute for 15 minutes on slow

add one cup water

allow to boil keep aside

chop the vegetables allow it cook till tender

u can allow one whistle in cooker wihtout water after just washing them

add the cashew nut paste

along these vegetable and mix to make the gravy thicker

can add fresh milk according to ur flavour

add salt garnish with coriander

Notes

can add panner to make it rich

serve hot with paratha

colour depend on addition of cream

more cream more whitish
