Mushroom Curry

Description

Spicy mushroom curry
Ingredients
1 pack Mushroom(button mushroom in india)
1 no Tomato
1 no Large onion
4 no G.chillies
1 tsp Fennel seeds

Instructions

1. Wash and cut mushroom in to small pieces and keep aside.

2.Grind tomoto and onion (make a smooth paste),

3.In a frying pan heat oil, add fennel seeds G.chillies when it pops, add grind tomoto and onion and fry it for 5 minutes.

4.Add ingredient 2 and fry for 2 more minutes add water if required.

5.Now add Mushroom, salt and cook for 5 more minutes.

6. garnish with coriander leaves.

Notes

Serve with roti or chappathi

    Hi Priya,

    Your recipe sounds yummy.. But I hav a doubt,
    “4.Add ingredient 2 and fry for 2 more minutes add water if required.”
    What is ingredient 2??

    Hi Priya, mushroom curry is very tasty..And its very simple to make.. But one thing is that am getting raw smell of onion..

      Thanks for your post. Please try frying onion till golden brown that would eliminate raw smell.
