It is a favourit snack loved by everybody, Can be used as a starter also
Ingredients | |

600 g | Chicken minced |
2 no | Potato |
1 no | Onion finely chopped |
2 tsp | Ginger finely chopped |
1 tsp | Pepper powder |
1 tsp | Garam masala powder |
2 no | Green chili (finely chopped) |
4 tbsp | Bread crumbs |
1 | Egg beaten |
Oil (for deep frying) | |
Salt |
Instructions
Boil the minced meat with 1 teaspoon pepper
salt and turmeric,until it is cooked. Boil the potatoes with
salt and mash it. In a pan pour oil and fry the chopped onions, finely
chopped ginger and finely chopped green chillies lightly until
the raw smell disappears. then add 1 teasppon garam masala and pepper powder
and fry, then add the meat,and fry for a minute. now combine the
mashed potatoes to this mixture and mix everything thoroughly and switch
off the gas. now make patties out of this mixture and roll these
patties in beaten egg and then roll it in bread crumbs one by one
and deep fry these in oil.

Chicken breast works well for this. I prepare this often. Its one of our favorite.
Another way of preparing this is…
Boil Chicken breast pieces with salt and w/o water. Water oozes while cooking. Cook till tender and dry. When cold, run this cooked pieces in a mixi (on pulse mode) 2-3 times. It will come out like fluffy cotton fibres.
Then follow the above instructions of Aashaji.
