Konkani Fish Fry

Description

Konkan is referred to the coastal areas of Maharashtra and its well known for its unique seafood dishes. Here’s a version of fish fry.
Ingredients
1 no Fish fillets (cut into pieces)
¼ tsp Turmeric powder
½ tsp Red chili powder
¼ tsp Garlic paste
1 tsp Lemon juice
¼ tsp Salt (or to taste)
¼ cup Rava
2 tbsp Oil

Instructions

Clean the fish, cut into small pieces and marinate with turmeric powder, red chili powder, garlic paste, salt and lemon juice for 15 minutes. Spread the rava on a plate and roll the fish pieces on it to coat all sides. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the fish till golden on all sides. Serve hot with rice.

 

 

Notes

This dish has to be consumed immediately after frying or else won’t stay crisp.

    Enna pa “Entha varam spiceindia site la fish and chicken varama???””..I had logged into it after a couple of days and found these were the most!!!Anyway’s great going..Off-course missing the comments and above all my time pass hobby..but then got too many things to attend too..So just thought of leaving a comment..Nice presentation and looks like cutlet..Rasamalai is also mouth watering but then put an end to my cooking(I mean variety cooking)for time being..Catch up with u guys later..Till then TC..
