Kids School Lunch Box 13 – Lemon Rice with Potato fry packed today! 🙂

Its been ages since I posted anything under this thread, even though I have to make something everyday for Sid’s lunch box… never really got a chance to click – usually early in the morning.. its more running around crazy to get ready! Today had a chance to pack the same for my lunch box too and quickly clicked this one. Our lunch box today was lemon rice with simple potato fry… this menu suits for kids as well as adult lunch box.

I usually cook the rice previous night… or mostly use the leftovers, warm it up in the morning and mix the lemon paste & do the tempering. You can use any leftover curry from previous night but potato curry pairs well with lemon rice and whenever i make a potato roast then its going into the next day’s  lunch box with lemon rice.

4. POTATO ROAST – This is the one I made for this lunch box.

Add a snack or treat along for them to finish the box clean… I usually send in a fruit along with a small candy! 🙂
