3 nos | Potatoes |
2 no | Green chilli |
2 tsp | Jeera |
1 tsp | Chilli and turmeric powder |
1 tsp | Coriander powder |
2 tbsp | Oil |
Instructions
remove the outer peel
cut the potatoes in small size keep aside
take pan add oil add 2 tsp jeera
2-3 lengthwise cut green chilli
and curry leaves optional
add the cut potatoes
add turmeric chilli powder i tsp each
add coriander powder 1 tsp
add salt according to taste
fry nicely
add half cup water
close with lid
cook till the water evaporates and potatoes become tender
Notes
if ur nt diet concious can fry only with oil no water more
can add garam masala
to make spicy
