Simple and Easy to make curd gravy (More Kuzhambu)
Ingredients | |

3 cup | Curd / yogurt |
2 T | Gram flour (besan) |
1 T | Dhania powder |
2 | Onion (cut lengthwise thinly) |
1 tsp | Jeera |
4 | Red chilli |
2 stks | Curry leaves (for tempering) |
1 pinch | Turmeric powder |
Oil (for sauteing) | |
Salt (as per taste) |
Instructions
Take a bowl ,add curd,besan,dhania powder mix everything and strain these in a thick bottom pan. now boil this for 5 min or till the raw smell goes. add tumeric powder while it is cooked. in a kadai put oil ,add jeera,curry leaves,red chillies,and onions. fry till it turns golden brown .add this to the curd mixture. add little water if it is too thick ,finally add salt as per taste. garnish it with chopped coriander.
Notes
1 Teaspoon ghee and pakora (optionally)
