1 cup | Chicken (shredded) |
500 g | Noodles (hakka) |
Spring onions (finely chopped) | |
Vegetables (carrot, beans, cabbage and as required in juliennes) | |
10 cup | Water |
2 pinch | Ajinomoto |
1 T | Soya sauce |
1 T | G.chilli sauce |
Oil (for sauting) |
Instructions
Boil the noodles for 5 minutes or until half cooked with 2 teaspoons of oil.
Take a wok or kadai, add 2 tablespoons of oil, add crushed garlic, chopped vegetables, boiled and shredded chicken and saute for sometime on the stove.
Now, mix the noodles along with soya and green chilli sauces with 2 pinch of ajinomoto and stir well for sometime.
When the noodles are fully cooked, garnish with spring onions and serve with ketchup.
Notes
Can skip the chicken for a vegetarian dish.

It is a good dish, try it out.
Hakka, is a chinese 'tribe' or a language, but would mean, 'Chinese Noodles' in this context or quite literally 'Half cooked Noodles'
I wouldnt bet on it though… 🙂
