Grilled Cheese roll ups are a lot more fun than regular grilled cheese sandwiches. They are crispy, easy to handle and looks kind of cute to attract kids and even adults too. Just another easy way to serve grilled cheese in rolls to get them perfect for dunking in soups. You got to try them with tomato soup… they are sooo good! They make a great after school snack for kids… don’t assume they will settle with one, make a few extras!

American cheese slice | 2 |
Oil or Butter | 2 teaspoon |
Lay out a slice of bread on a board or any flat surface. Using a rolling pin, flatten it evenly.
- Makes two rolls
- Any type – white, wheat, multigrain soft bread will work of this recipe.
- Toasting in butter will give nice flavor. Oil will work too.
- I have used American cheddar cheese slice, you can also use grated cheddar or mozzarella too.
