Description
Peas is very good in protein and nutrients .. i tried out different style of poriyal in peas.. just like to share it with u all…try out and enjoy.
Ingredients-1 | |

400 g | Peas |
1 no | Onion medium ( chopped) |
½ tsp | Mustard seeds |
1 tsp | Urad dhal |
3 tsp | Lemon juice |
Curry leaves ( little) | |
Corriander leaves (hand full) | |
Oil for sauting[ as per individuals need ] | |
Salt (as per taste) |

2 nos | Red chilli (small) |
1 tsp | Jeera |
Instructions
Pressure cook peas and add salt , strain water and keep aside.
Grind ing 2 in to fine paste
Heat oil in a pan , splutter mustard and urad dhal, curry leaves ,chopped onion.
Fry till golden brown , Add the Peas and ground onion. fry well in medium flame till it gets dry.
After its done. Add the corriander and lemon.
Mix well and serve.
Easy to do and tasty to eat.
Notes
U can do the same with butter beans also.
