Gobhi Paratha

Description

Gobhi (Cauliflower) paratha is a North Indian dish.
Ingredients
1 cup Cauliflower ( cut into small pieces )
2 cup Wheat flour
1 tsp Jeera
2 nos Green chillies
Salt

Instructions

Put cauliflower florets in boiling water for some time .Drain completely and cut into very fine pieces. In a bowl put flour add cauliflower pieces, green chillies(finely cut) , jeera, salt and knead then sprinkle water little by little and knead to a dough. Roll and roast the paratha with ghee.

Notes

Health consious people avoid adding ghee .Can be served with pickles, raita,onions.

Radish paratha can also be done same method ,by grating the radish mix with wheatflour, minced greenchillies, jeera, salt and make a dough roll it and roast.
