Garlic Chives Egg Fried Rice

Garlic chives and Egg Fried Rice is a very quick, easy and healthy lunch recipe.Hope u will enjoy this recipe.

Ingredients
10 stks Garlic chives[finely chopped]
1 Onion medium ( chopped finely)
Pepper powder[as per need]
2 tsp Soy sauce
Salt and oil as per need
3 T Ginger garlic (minced)
2 cup Cooked rice (basmati preferred)
2 Eggs

Instructions

1.Take a pan add oil and add eggs and sprinkle salt and pepper and scramble it well.Collect it in a bowl and keep it aside.

2.Add oil to the pan,add ginger garlic , onion ,garlic chives,  and stir fry it with some salt.

3.Now add the cooked rice to the above and stir fry it again with enough salt,pepper and soy sauce.Now add the scrambled egg leave it on stove for few minutes and serve with ketchup.

    One more recipe with garlic chiveaa?..i saw them last week in chinese store but sema costly..oru parcel podunga unga oorula irrunthu…sadhanakaga will get them..
