egg gravy

Description

boil and peel the egg covering and keep aside

take long sliced onion fry in little oil till it becomes light brown

add tomatoes ad bit salt fry along till oil comes out

add turmeric and chilly powder

add ginger grlic paste and fry

add one cup  water and allow to boil add eggs which are cut length wise into half

boil till it becomes thick

add half cup of cocunut milk

boil for 2-3 minutes

garnish with coriander leaves

eat with chapathi,idli, fried rice dosai
